The Trillium team is a pleasure to work with and does a fantastic job. They are responsible, respectful, polite, hard working and very responsive. They have been looking after our property for years with snow removal, lawn maintenance, sprinkler maintenance, caring for flower beds, planting of flowers, bushes and coordinating tree planting. They come up with gorgeous planting designs and bring them to life. With Mikes team on the job, were able to truly enjoy our back yard. Thank you very much for all the beauty you create:)

We are a rural property where there is about 2 acres requiring grass cutting BUT those 2 acres are not a nice simple rectangle with a house; rather there are several large gardens to work around and an area with special trees spotted throughout around which mowing needs to be done. The team also whips the grass around the terraces, house and garden; and to finish the job the terraces are blown clean. Mike and his team as scheduled once/week with mutually agreed variations due to weather and grass condition. Price above is for one month.

Got the best service from Mike and Pam for spring cleanup and weed control, their team made our back yard look beautiful, we had some new flowers and trees planted,trimmed the old ones and our grass looks perfectly healthy. We were lucky to find Trillium Property Services from Homestars. We quoted several companies for landscape maintenance and snow removal for two 1 acre properties. This includes grass cutting, fertilzing, flower bed maintenance, spring/fall clean up, tree and shrub pruning on two large properties. We were so impressed that we asked Trillium Property Services to plant seven large trees and replace some shrubbery. The whole project was expertly handled including any complications that arose like sprinkler system repair. Mike, the owner, is very professional, responsive and fairly priced. He has some very knowledgeable staff working with him for flower bed maintenance and pruning. Unlike some other companies, they are insured with WSIB and with State Farm Insurance for property damage.

I needed a good Spring cleanup of my half acre property. My old Lawn maintenance service retired, and the yard was a mess, because we didn't get the leaves off before snow fell last November. Mike and the team from Trillium Property Maintenance, came out and did a great job in a very short period of time. They were very efficient, and my yard went from being the messiest on the block to one of the best. Thanks Mike.
