Great price. Very Fast. Professional. Left job site very clean. They have done roofs for many of my friends. All were very satisfied with work done. I highly recommend them!

I have got two and half roofs replaced by Frank and crew in the last two years. His quotation beats the competition hands down and his service is beyond compare. For all my jobs he used quality materials, finished the work on the very day and cleaned up after completion. He takes his job and customer satisfaction very seriously and follows up proactively. It was a pleasant surprise to receive a SMS message advising of strong winds and to call him ASAP if any shingles go missing or a leak develops. My usual experience is that after completing the job, the roofers don't look back. With Frank he is available every time. Strongly recommended.

This is the second time I used Frank. About 4 years ago he replaced the Shingles at my old house and my 2 neighbors . It was interesting to see after 4 years still I get SMS on a windy day telling me that if any Shingles missing call him as 10year labour warranty covers it. That's exceptional customer service. Recently I did renovation in my new home and I asked Frank to do the roof. He did a fantastic job with helping me to select a color and work with contractor to put the vents and flashing.

I was very impressed with the inspection performed on exterior and interior of my roof. They showed me detail problems by taking pictures, answering my questions professionally, and their inspection was a free service. Frank at L&Q Roof was knowledgeable while flexible. His report analysis was comprehensive and gave different options to choose. The team was awesome. They came right on time to replace my roof, and got their work done the same day. The last thing but very important was they cleared around my house, no garbage left behind.
