Replaced Garage Door and Opener

I had to replace my garage door and the opener. Had a great experience with Comfort Garage Doors. They provided great recommendations for what materials and design for the door.

After the installation, the door was sticking a bit on the weather stripping. They came back the next day to fix it.

Broken spring, car trapped in garage

I bought a 15-year old townhouse last year and I guess the garage spring must have been original because it snapped. I read all of the positive reviews here and gave them a call yesterday (Sunday). They were able to see me the next day (not an emergency call) and came at the time slot they said. It just gets better from here. Very quick service, they took the old broken spring away, recoiled the cables, lubricated everything and showed me how to do it so I can maintain it in the future. Also learned a lot about what I can do to improve the garage door in the future through insulation, a better motor, etc. but it wasn't a hard sell, it was free advice. You can tell they know what they're about. Extremely positive experience.

Amazing job. They worked with in my schedule and arrived on time for our scheduled appointment. Roman was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The quoted price is what I was charged for the work. He explain all aspects of the garage door opener that he had installed for us. He went above and beyond and fixed a couple of small issues he noticed while doing the install. I would highly recommend Comfort Garage and Doors Inc.

My spring snapped and the rollers were 10 years old, Saf was super accomadating with my schedule, he came by within 24 hour notice.

Showed me how everything worked, gave a free quote with very resonable pricing.

Once approved, he was able to fix it the door on the spot in a timely fashion.

Now I know why there is 500+ 5 star reviews, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish!

Called Sofen regarding spring replacement for my Dad's garage. Upon chatting with him over the phone, I knew he is the guy that we are looking for. He is so familiar with any issues related to garage as well as info of product and sizing. A very reasonable price was quoted right away over the phone.

Sofen showed up on time as we scheduled. He brought quality parts and had the replacement beautifully done. My Dad was so impressed of the job that he asked Sofen to replace all the rollers as well.

Sofen even helped my Dad to serve the garage parts as we did not know they need to be frequently maintained. He put a sticker on the door and told us to call him anytime if anything needed. What a guy!

I would be more than happy to recommend Sofen to anyone who needs help with garage and doors. Of course he will be our go-to-guy for any garage and door related issues.

Infrared sensor repair

Roman and Saf came to check the infrared sensor on the day I called for service. They checked and found sensor and garage door still worked fine but only the indicator light was out and just charged a nominal fee for the inspection.

New remote

Heating & Air Conditioning review in North Vancouver

Needed a new remote and couldn’t find it anywhere, I called about 20 shops and they all said no and laughed at me as it wasn’t worth their time apparently. That said when I called up comfort garage doors they said of course and had it the next day! Awesome service, Sef is great!!! Highly recommend
