Installation of new door

Windows & Doors Installation & Service review in Richmond

Comfort garage doors were friendly, polite, hardworking. They made sure our brand new garage door was installed correctly, safely and to our satisfaction. The team spent the whole day making sure everything was installed and working correctly. They stayed late to meet with my husband to ensure we knew how everything worked including the wifi controller. We will recommend comfort garage doors to our friends and family for sure.

Broken spring

Mr Saff installed my garage door opener for me 1 year ago and did a excellent job. He told me it would be a good idea to change the springs at the same time because my house was 11 yrs old. I tried to save some money so i didnt change the springs and now the garage door wont open. I called Saff and within 2 hours he came out and helped me install new springs and now the garage door works awesome. He is a very nice guy that does an excellent job.
It would be wise to change your springs at the same time you install the new garage door opener as per his recomendation !!!

Garage door repair and garage opener installation

I was having issue with my garage door not closing all the way. I called comfort doors for repair estimate and they had Roman come out the same day who diagnosed and explained the problem to me. He provided me a quote on the spot which was very reasonable and proceeded to fix the garage door. I also had two garage door openers installed for a very reasonable price. Roman was excellent with his communication and explained the mechanics of garage door openers to me which was
very helpful. Roman ensured I was happy with the repair and installation, which I am. Roman was friendly, informative and patient with all my questions. I would definitely recommend Comfort Doors for your garage repairs.

Extra garage door remotes

I needed extra garage door remotes, and Comfort Garage and Doors was the only local garage door company that had them in stock. Roman gave me a better deal than online, and insisted on delivering them, even when I said I could pick them up (I was just so happy they had them in stock). Very pleasant to deal with, yet professional. Kept me up to date on the delivery time as well. Definitely would recommend them!!

Garage door malfunction

I was cleaning out the garage today and the door wouldn't open or close automatically as it usually does. I tried a few things myself and called Comfort Garage who had serviced my garage door last year.

Being a weekend I was not sure if I would get anyone. Not only did they answer and take down my info but the tech called me right back.

He was able to diagnose the issue with a few steps over the phone and got it going again.

I'm so thankful and impressed. This is true service in my opinion, it does not have to be transactional with dollars and cents always. Thank you for your willingness to help, I will always be happy to call you and happily recommend you to my family, friends and neighbours.
