My Panasonic microwave stopped functioning after only 6 months of use. It was a challenge to get info from the manufacturer regarding authorized service providers but once I got that list and contacted Downtown Dupont everything was straightforward. They were clear about what info was needed and when follow-up should be expected. My microwave was taken away to await parts for repair but was returned when promised. The technician was very punctual.
I can't comment on pricing because the work was done under warranty and I didn't see a bill for it.
