They were wonderful people to work with, did a great job on the roof at a very reasonable price, cleaned up afterwards, and managed minor timing issues exceedingly well. At all times we felt like we were being taken care of by friends who really cared.

Did the work ahead of schedule, working with me to ensure I got what I needed for the right value. If there was an issue, professionally worked to solve it quickly.

Our roof was recently re-shingled by Rozon Enterprise. Very professional company. Mathieu was very pleasant to deal with and very informative re. the products, etc. The work started on time. The crew worked steadily and efficiently (in spite of the very hot weather). Cleanup was fine. Very happy with the end results. Looks great. Highly recommend this firm.

I just had my roof done by Rozon Enterprise.I have nothing but praise. The crew were very professional and pleasant to talk to. The job was started and finished on schedule. When they left you would not have guessed that my roof has just been done. The went around the house at least 3 times to make sure that all the debris was picked up. Mathieu was very pleasant to deal with. Information for the estimate was provided in a timely manner. The prices and products were competitive. It was the initial service that, for me, put them over the above the competition. I would not hesitate to refer them to anyone

Rozon did a repair over my garage on April 24, 2020. The house was later put up for sale but independent house inspector flag the roof work as a risk for future owners as it exposes them to water damage. THe flashing was inappropriately finished. Nails can be seen on the surface (not under shingles). Flashing is warped and raised with no weatherproofing allowing ice/snow to get under. Rozon deny any wrong doing and blame the house inspector for damaging flashing and adding nails on the roof.

We are more than happy with the work that Rozon Enterprise provided us. They started and finished right on time (even in the cold of winter), were happy to answer any and all questions we had and there were no hidden fees.

DO NOT USE ROZON!

We had our roof redone by Rozon in October 2019. We were initially pleased, despite a few hiccups that seemed minor at the time (hard to reach Mathieu, no-show for the scheduled installation date without contact until we called them, delivery of our material on the neighbour's roof...). The price was good, and once the contract was signed, the job got done within 2 weeks.

Then, we had a leak in the master bedroom in February. The ice shield installation was not done correctly. While we were not happy about it, things happen, no problem, let's get this all fixed up.
That's when things went south quick. Rozon did fix the roof part of the issue, but they never took care of all the damage inside. Worse, they starting completely ignoring us soon after. At first, Mathieu kept pushing back the date to have someone look at it. No problem, we were in the middle of Covid, we understand, we can be patient. We even provided quotes to him from a contractor that we had come in ourselves (since Mathieu was too busy to have someone, anyone come assess the repairs). Still, he needed more time to see if he could get a better price from one of his contacts.

And then... nothing. Complete silence. No answer to any of our phone calls, text messages, email or written letters. One of his colleagues for whom we had a phone number even pretended to no longer be working there when we managed to get him on the phone.

6 months later, we're stuck having to take Rozon to court for the cost of repairs incurred. Not a crazy amount, but there's no way we should have to pay for it. At least we have everything well documented, so we're confident the court will easily rule in our favor.

On top of this I have a new roof that looks no better than the 15 year old roof it replaced, there are nails starting to pop off, the attic vents are not caulked on the outside and I'm forgetting some...

Long story short: if the installation goes well, his customers seem happy. But as soon as things don't go perfectly, ROZON WILL NOT COME THROUGH. Do yourself a favor, look up the few negative reviews you can find (here on HomeStars, Google, suspension of his accreditation on BBB). There's a clear pattern. Don't take chances with your new roof. DO. NOT. USE. ROZON.

Rozon Entreprise did a great rooffing job for me and my neighbors 4 years ago.
Their after sell service is as great. Not only they came rapidly to fix a little job at my home, they were proactive by fixing something before it became a problem on my neighbors roof! Great job.

High winds removed shingles. Contacted Rozon and within hours repair was completed. Extremely professional and efficient company. Flexible payment method reduced the stress level emensily. If the unfortunate event was to happen again my first call will be to Rozon!
