Alliance Exteriors Inc.

After I contacted Alliance Exteriors Inc. about possibly getting new siding for our house, they visited me several time to answer all our questions and quickly came up with various options for us. Once we decided on the project and materials things moved fast with good communication and the whole large project was completed less than 3 months after I made the initial down payment. The contractors were friendly and the quality of the work was great.

Very organized with estimates and payments. Installation was very detailed and finishings were very neatly done. They provided estimate based on drawings which ended up being quite accurate with no additional asks for materials - I am quite particular and would highly recommend.

Alliance was very professional throughout the entire process. Planning, rendering and the contract were very detailed. Any small changes that were encountered were dealt with by a call from Gabe to make sure we were happy. The start and finish times were as anticipated despite the usual weather delays. We were impressed with the precision of the work considering the challenges in cutting Hardie board. They are very particular about electrical fixtures and outlets. The Aluminum work around the windows and openings was carefully done. This was a big project (entire house) and not cheap but the result is outstanding.

Our experience with the Alliance Exteriors team was positive, professional and completed in a timely manner. We were very satisfied with the installation of Hardie Board, and the replacement of our eavestrough, suffit and fascia.

Contacted Alliance to have the front of my house refreshed with Hardie board and new aluminum fascia + soffits + eaves.

Hands-down this was one of the most professional companies I've ever worked with. Ever. I was coordinating getting my roof and windows also done at the same time and they provided a lot of guidance on the sequencing to ensure I had the nicest finished product.

Their attention to detail was outstanding; we did the hover renders that provided a visualization of the end look and they provided me with images/pictures of details that would set things apart. My initial requirement to them was -- "I want it to look great" and they did not disappoint.

Further to this, I had an issue with my windows being late -- rather than trying to do the siding/fascia work first and risk damaging it after the windows were installed, Alliance accommodated this change in schedule and worked around the delay.

They addressed some minor feedback very promptly (as in the same day) and I couldn't be happier with the final outcome.

I would classify my job as relatively small -- but at no point did I feel like I was treated any different than someone spending 10x as much on a job.

Would highly recommend Alliance Exteriors and I would use them again without thinking twice.

At all times customer focused and with excellent ongoing communication during project progress. Alliance is also very competitive in overall pricing and project cost. Alliance also offers design expertise which is a key differentiator and offers clients with an excellent sounding board with skilled experts to finalize designs.

Recently Gabe and his crew replaced the eaves and downspouts on our building. They did a great job. There were a number of changes needed and they followed the plan to the letter. I found the crew polite and willing to answer questions when needed. Having construction done on a large building can be difficult but the crew made it easy. Thank you

Excellent communicators. Gabe and Jeff took the time to really understand what we wanted done and offered suggestions. They were the only ones willing to do some work in steel as well as aluminum. The installer took his time and that is reflected in the workmanship. Friendly, accommodating and price competitive. They came back promptly in the spring and fixed one of the leaf guards that had popped out during the winter. Highly recommended.
