Warranty visit to tune it up, adding some fluids to the AC, freon, tuning up AC since it was installed in winter so we couldnt see it in operation

Quick response to my request for quote. Representative was very knowledgeable and thorough in his questions. Took time to understand my wants, needs and equipment. I consider myself fairly informed about HVAC but I learned from him. The quote / estimate was promised in two days and arrived on a timely basis followed by a return call and schedule. Office support was superb keeping me informed and obtaining further information when needed. The work was performed by two competent and positive installers who were in and out in a day and did a great job in a difficult location. They took their time as well.

I paid less than the quote and frankly was planning to spend more for a superior brand (Carrier). Full points!

As usual, I contacted the team at infinity but this time to take a look at my humidifier, which has not been working for some time. As usual, a technician came out the next day after my call and were honest enough to tell me it was only a thermostat issue and not an issue with the humidifier itself. As expected, they quickly installed a new thermostat and I was back in business immediately.
I will continue using infinity, as their promptness and professionalism have never disappointed me.

Spent $265 to replace a faulty capacitor for a Lennox furnace. Also had problem with the blower and was quoted $900 for a replacement blower plus $395 for labour. I called an authorized Lennox service shop and got it done for $720 including labour. Overall, I am happy with the service level but price is on the high side.

My furnace was short cycling and had a hard time heating my home, so I contacted Infiniti Air based on excellent google review. I'm glad I did. I scheduled the appointment via phone and Paul showed up to check out my furnace. I walked him through my problem and he began to check every aspect of my furnace thoroughly and ran several tests to confirm. At the end, his diagnosis was my inducer motor was malfucntioning. I was a little skeptical at first, because my furance is only 5 years old and the motor didn't make any noise. Having said that, I took his recommendation to replace motor. The replacement took 2 hours including all checks. Now my furance is running as expected and I'm happy I've found Infiniti Air. The team did the great job.
