On Saturday we recieved notification that the ladies had missed part of a bedroom that was dusty and had some traces of paint.
Our supervisor asked if you wanted the team to return to do what was missed and your reply was no.
The team did not use the client's supplies,we have all our supplies at hand in the car. They accidentally took a bucket and dustpan by mistake. They were in Milton and drove from there to return it yesterday we left your dust pan and your bucket there as you had requested. We apologized for the mistake.
We thought that this was all resolved when we spoke on the phone with your realtor.
We have been in business for many years and have not had bad reviews because we are a serious company and yes we get complaints from time to time and in those cases we always attend to resolve them. We gave the option of having our team return and it was denied. We could have returned and fixed it at no addictional cost. The ladies did not leave the closet undone because they wanted to. It was missed which isnt something that happens often.
Also, when Mr Brandon called us, we let him know that a post renovation/construction takes longer than a regular cleaning.
