Evgeny provided honest and professional service to repair our stove today. The burner needed replacement and he went to pick up the part on the same day in order to get the job completed in a timely fashion. Very meticulous and careful in reassembling what he called a “high-end” stove with tons of wires, panels and screws. He even used a leveller at the end to ensure the glass top was perfectly straight and balanced, what a perfectionist! Thank you for the amazing service, will most definitely recommend this company to anyone!

The technician was punctual and friendly, and he did not rush. Instead, he took his time to diagnose the issue with the dishwasher. He also noticed that the dishwasher had not been properly leveled when it was installed and that the drainage hose was not correctly set up. So, he fixed these as well. He also called to follow up in the days after to make sure that the dishwasher was working well. No other technician I encountered had ever done that. This company responded to my inquiry very promptly and was able to make an appointment on the same day - which was important as water was leaking from my fridge. The service was very professional and honest. Initially, he thought the compressor might have to be replaced, but after working on the fridge, he determined that this was not necessary, so I was only charged for the service.
