Full house renovation and rear addition
Cannot speak highly enough of the work that Details Construction and Development did. Robert, Dave and their guys were hard working, honest and very efficient. From the first day Robert met with us he assured us that they are a family owned company and he will be personally managing the construction. Either Robert or Dave would be at project everyday. We trusted them with every aspect of the build and they not only were very transparent with their plan, they delivered well ahead of schedule and beyond expectation when it came to quality of craftsmanship. Roberts experience in construction and real estate helped us create a budget and design plan that maximized the value or our property to the highest and best use. It was shocking to see how fast Robert’s crew got got the addition up and the exterior finished. Not once throughout the whole build did I feel like I was in the dark about anything about the process, from daily progress reports and weekly site meeting with Robert, to hands on attention that one expects when building a dream home.
