I had part of my 2nd tier of my deck fall due to rotten beams underneath and improper attachment without support. Dave came to provide advise and what he recommends. Although he was initially busy in early summer he managed to free up some time to fix the issue. I am now able to use that part of the deck. Thank you.

Dave installed a small railing and several other small jobs on August 4th.
I liked Dave's approach to each task and and happy to recommend him. I plan to schedule two other bigger jobs with Dave.

He applied grease to the track and it slides with ease now.
