Shine Window and Eaves Cleaning

First time using an eavestrough cleaning company.
Great communication via text and phone but I wasn't available to be home when the work was carried out. It was early December and there had been some snow. Leaves and debris had frozen and I shared my concerns at cleaning them so late in the year. I was assured that all would be ok.
Following the job, there was quite a lot of superficial damage, in the way of dents, probably from the ladder, in my fairly recently installed eavestroughs.
In the Spring, they contacted me, soliciting for more work but I declined and expressed my concerns. They said they'd look into it but nothing transpired.
All in all, nice people but amateurish,

I have two condo units - one 3600 sq ft and 1550 sq ft. Patrick and Quinn did an incredible job on both. Not only are they throughly professional, they are both so cheerful and personable. Was a delight having them in our homes. Would not hesitate to remind Shine to my friends.

Marvin and Alex did an excellent job in turning our deck of 15 years old into a beautiful deck. They worked patiently and professionally to get the job done. I strongly recommend them for similar projects.

Based on the very positive HomeStars reviews for Shine, my wife and I hired them to clean the gutters on our tricky, tall, steeply-sloped roof. Shine came through for us, doing a great job. We can assuredly recommend them to other homeowners in the GTA.

We dealt with 4 individuals at Shine, on-site or through text. Dustin handled our questions about ladder height, etc. and took the job deposit. Kendra handled scheduling. Mike and Mike provided the hard part: the labor. Everyone was pleasant and good at their jobs.

Mike and Mike worked hard and diligently, cleaning out our very mucked-up gutters. They're both very pleasant chaps who don't shy away from tough work. Impressive.

Overall great experience. Zack and Seb were efficient and communicated throughout the process and walked around the house pointing out major eaves blockages that were cleared. Communication via text before the appointment made it easy to schedule and I’d likely use again for annual deep cleaning.
