Called GoTech to have them come take a look at our gas fireplace. It hasn’t been operational for over year, had a cool breeze coming from and the glass was very cloudy. We were considering updating with a full replacement, but when research showed an estimated cost of $4500 to $5000, we decided to look at having it serviced.
GoTech sent Dennis out to see what he could do for us. He was friendly and professional throughout his visit. On first inspection, he told us what he knew he could fix, what he might not be able to - but wouldn’t know for certain till he got it all apart, and what services GoTech wouldn’t perform, but would refer us out if necessary.
In the end, Dennis was able to clean up and reset most of the issues and needed to replace the switch.
At less than a tenth of the cost of replacement, we now have a fantastic looking, fully functioning fireplace again. Dennis did great work and I highly recommend GoTech based on this experience.
