Ben did an incredible job with our basement renovation. He is an excellent communicator and a total pro. He had great recommendations and completed the job efficiently. We will absolutely be using Ben for all of our HVAC needs.

Hired BP as part of a full house renovation. They did all the duct and vent changes, installed all new appliances, hvac, ac, water heater, humidifier, water softener. I really appreciated how they took the time to explain the job, the products, the impact of each alternative, and later explained how to maintain each item. You can tell that they put their heart into this and truly believe in what they do. I believe its extremely important especially on big projects where you look for accountability and responsibility in the professionals you hire.

Ben was prompt and up front during the quoting process. He came on time, ensured cleanliness by laying floor coverings, wearing appropriate footwear and cleaning up. Install completed same day.
A few weeks later I had to call him because the furnace stopped working. He came in within a few hours, diagnosed the problem, picked up a replacement part and had it installed all within the same day, free of charge and with a smile.

Ben replaced our old water heater with a new one, fixed our AC and also helped us resolve the issue of smoke odour coming from the neighbouring unit. Ben was very professional, attentive to our needs and concerns and offered great cost effective solutions. The prices he offered were very reasonable, he was timely and clearly explained various options and their pros and cons. There was no mess to clean after the work was done - which we really appreciated. It was a pleasure dealing with him and I would highly recommend Ben for any HVAC work.
