Noah and Rod renovated our bathroom last fall and they did a great job and we are still very happy with our new bathroom. They were very nice, polite and professional. They did the work on time, and the only increases to our estimate were for extras that we requested.

They were responsive and provided a quote that was within market price. However we are very disappointed in how they managed this project. We told them from the very beginning that we had asbestos in the bathroom. We got a contract months ahead of the project due to start. There was no mention of the need for asbestos remediation in the plans. 1 1/2 months before the work that due to start, only then do they inform us that a professional remediation would be needed and that it would be at an additional cost to the quote.

We do not have any confidence in this company on how they will manage our project going forward. So now we have to find another contractor last minute, one who knows how to deal with asbestos and plan for it ahead of time.

Noah and his team did a complete bathroom renovation in our home. I could not be happier with them and the work they did. Our bathroom looks fantastic! The price was competitive and they were friendly, transparent, professional and clean. Noah was always available to answer questions and explain what was going on every step of the way. Much to my surprise, they completed the renovation exactly on time, despite some unforeseen issues that came up at the beginning (structural and plumbing problems that only became apparent after the demolition). I will definitely approach them for future renovations and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

It was great working with Arise on my bathroom renovation project. They were responsive and informative during the quoting process. Noah patiently walked me through what could be done, and helped source pieces I had trouble finding. They worked diligently to stay on schedule, kept a clean work area, and in general, maintained a friendly professionalism.

A month ago we finished renovating the bathroom and kitchen in our apartment. We waited more than two months to be allowed to start work due to the restrictions imposed by covid 19 ..... but the wait was worth it because Noah and his job partner from Arise Renovations did a great job. Exceptional professionals, good advisors, reliable, with great care not to bother too much and with a good sense of detail in their job.
