X Renovation

This is the second time that I referred to this company. Dihn the owner and his team are very kind people. The work is fast and looks very professional ! I highly recommend them.

After several hours of research, reading reviews and calling multiple places to get a quote, we finally zeroed in on X Painting. Right from the beginning, Dinh was very responsive, to the point and confident of what he could deliver. First, we did our Condo and seeing the amazing results, hired him again for larger townhouse. Dinh and his team did fantastic job - right from the preparation, quality of paint and workmanship, fixing little things along the way and most importantly ensuring we were happy in the end. As many other reviewers noted, Dinh will come back and fix anything that you are not happy about, no matter how small the issue is. His prices are very fair and competitive and above all, he is a very humble & trustworthy man and takes pride in what he does. I wish him and his team only the best and will have absolutely no hesitation calling him again for all our painting projects!

We contacted X Painting Renovation to have some updates done to our kitchen. Even though this was a relatively difficult job, we felt that we had Dinh’s full attention. He listened to us during the design phase and helped make some of the early decisions. Once the design was complete, he coordinated the ordering of the raw materials and the team to do the work. All of the tradespeople were amazing. They did their jobs well and completely. The result was a kitchen that we love, delivered on time and on budget.
Hopefully my washroom and floor will be done after his busy time next month

Dinh and his team are professional, reliable, trustworthy, efficient, detailed and kind. All the things you can hope for. we had a great experience and will be calling upon his team for future needs.

Dinh and his team did a fantastic job providing a quick quote for painting our three rooms upstairs. He is always quick to respond to my texts and outlined what would be included in the quote. On top of his attention to detail and responsiveness, Dinh always provides fair prices (our second time having work done on the house by him) and if you are unsatisfied with any part of the work, he will come by and make sure it is fixed! Even if it it something small.

On the day of the painting, Dinh came over before the painters and made sure everything was prepared for the rooms and everything we talked about doing would be done. I even requested a little extra touch up to the washroom which he said his guys would do for me.

His team finished the job within the day and everything was done immaculately. The paint looked great and we even got an accent wall which was well done. They also threw in a door stopper for us which was much appreciated. Dinh, as always, checked up on the job after they were finished, and made sure everything was to our liking:)

In summary, I would not hesitate to recommend and use X painting and Reno again for our painting and renovation needs. The quality and value you are getting with Dinh and his team is unmatched in this industry and I like that he will always respond to me regardless of when I message him, lol. They will always make sure the work is to your liking:)

Dinh was quick and efficient with getting a quote for us and making sure his guys were available to do some quick renovations around our house.

His team was punctual and stayed until the job was complete. We needed some touch ups (caulking, painting, etc) around the vanity and so he sent his team back without hesitation to fix the remaining issues.

Communication was clear throughout the entire process and payment was not due until all the work was completed to our satisfaction! This was very much appreciated.

The only thing we wish would have been better was the noisy bath fan in the main bathroom. The guys put a new one in the ceiling and it still made the same noise so it definitely was not an issue with their workmanship. Sometimes nothing you can do I guess.

I would highly recommend Dinh and X Painting for all of your painting and renovation needs. They are fast, efficient, very affordable and complete with their work.

I gave them a home renovation project in my house and they did an amazing job at it. They were organized and communicated well with us. The best thing I found about them is they had some extra budget remaining and they used this budget to do some additional work in the house. I'm at a loss of words for this as I have never heard or experienced this before from another construction company. I will definitely recommend this company and this team. Thank you
