Basement drain snaking and camera

Have Seigio done the same drain 1 year ago.
Unfortunately it blocked again the day before friends gethering event, I called Seigio if he can come the same day, because I need to went out for the evening period, Seigio was flexible and we set for 10pm that night, but finally Seigios guys couldnt make it, I was little bit disappointed. He promise they will come tomorrow morning 7 am. The next day 2 guys come @7 am sharp, they got it done in 1hour clean and clear.
They are the professions if you want repair your drainage.

Porch recovering

The way the front outdoor stairs were designed, they could get quite slippery in the winter. Oleg and his team put down a proper coating with silicate for traction. The work was completed properly and promptly.

Parging repair

Sergio and his team did a great job with our parging repair. They were meticulous in their work, did it for a fair price, and left the area around the house clean. We needed some touch-ups done after the team left, and they promptly came back to address them. Definitely would recommend!

I used the company shortly after the first as my basement had another leakage. As usual, Sergio and his crew did a commendable job. Sergio was very patient and identified the source of the leakage. His crew were polite, professional, and hardworking. They put back the sod after they were done and cleaned the site before they left.
