Oleg and his team responded to a late night emergency involving our exterior warmer drain, showing up promptly and saving us from more damage.

After fixing the immediate problem, which had been happening more often, Oleg investigated further for us to identify the problem, which required extensive work. He did the work on time as promised, kept clean and neat as much as possible, and cleaned up extremely well after the job was completed.

We had an excellent experience with Oleg and his entire team at Rooterworx. We had earleir dealt with Oleg's team for our home's external and internal waterproofing and had a great experience.

Unfortunately this Sunday, we had what everyone dreads - a flooded basement due to sewage backup in a newly renovated basement. We called Oleg and Luke and they were at the property within a couple of hours. They diagnosed the issue within a few hours and then gave us a detailed explanation as to why it happened and what can be done to rectify it. He also inspected our sump pump and identified an issue with with outlet pipe.

The team drew up a plan of action and immediately began replacing our entire clay piping with plastic piping beginning in the basement right until the city sewage system outside. In the process, they also corrected the sump pump issue, inspected the backwater valve and gave us a flexible payment plan that worked for us.

Oleg then volunteered to show us a final camera inspection after the work was completed. Oleg's team is quick and professional and did a great job in cleaning up after the work was completed.

On the whole, we had a really good experience with Rooterworx - I would highly recommend Oleg and his team foe their good quality work, politeness, professionalism and quick response.

Project: Partial demolition, grading and rebuild of a parking pad approximately 18 x 16 feet that had cracked and sunken.

George at Rooterworx led the project and was very professional and quick. He expedited the project (due to forecasted rain) and was able to complete it entirely in less than two weeks of the approved quote. The entire project was completed with 3 site visits in the same week (Monday - Friday).

The pad was formed & built-up about 10 inches with aggregate to achieve the proper slope to the lane. Steel mesh was added to support the 5 inch concrete pour. Broom finish. The final result was exactly as discussed and done much more quickly than expected and in a tight space to get a concrete truck in ( narrow laneway). I highly recommend George crew & Rooterworx.
