I own and operate a Property Management firm in the GTA and have been using Rooterworx for the past few years. I highly recommend them and if you are debating between Rooterworx and another company please message me directly and I can let you know that it is an easy decision.

I had issue with flaking and erosion on cement foundation which I tried to fix myself in the past.

They came to our house to repair a crack in our foundation. Work was done quickly and professionally.

Luke and Max did an excellent job repairing cracks and holes in the cinder blocks in our foundation. They were prompt, professional and answered all the questions I had. I would recommend them and use them again for waterproofing or foundation repair.

Luke was very patient and responsive. He replied to our texts and calls promptly, answered our questions, and explained what would be done. Max did the repairs. He was very pleasant and worked efficiently. Luke and Max show pride in their work.

We had a stuff coming out from basement drain on Friday, did some research on homestar and called Rooterworx. Oleg and his buddy came on Saturday morning first thing, prepared with their sophisticated equipment (camera , snake etc ). They walked us through the complete procedure. They did the snaking first and cleared up the debris and later used camera to show if the pipes were clear. Oleg did all this in much less time than we expected and were truly professional. It was cheaper than renting snake from homedepot and then doing it by yourself. Later Oleg sent the video that came from the camera for future reference. I`m glad we called Rooterworx to clean this mess up.

Update (May 24th) : for some reason the clogging again happened couple of days back, but we are so glad that Oleg and his team is in our corner to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

Oleg responded to our request in 5 minutes, and in 2 hours he was at our place already starting the job! Incredibly efficient job, performed safely and quickly. Thank you Oleg and team!
