We recently finished a renovation for a full kitchen and two full bathrooms with K&B. We are happy with their work and would recommend the company for renovation project.
The first person we met with K&B was Sofien. Just after the first design session with him, we decided to stop our search for the renovation companies right there. We loved the design and Its such a pleasure to work with him. He also helped us along until the project finished. Our favourite work is the Kitchen moulding and cabinets, installed my Steve and his always smiling partner Ito. Their work is almost flawless even with some challenge we had earlier. Steve is very proactive, doing beyond his duty to make things better, smart and very attentive to details. Thanks the tile guy Leo, handy men Shawn, Tom and Karim, project manager Marc for all their professional and hard work.

The renovation was completed according to design and reasonably on schedule. Leigh was very pleasant to deal with and very responsive. She gave very good suggestions. Shawn and Dan were very professional and listened to my requests. I will rate them 4.8/5; will definitely recommend them to a friend.

What started as a kitchen cupboard refacing project with little vision left us wondering if a full kitchen gut was worth looking into to address design issues with our current layout. I visited Kitchen and Bath and met with Krystal who immediately put me at ease and agreed to provide a computer generated 3D plan of what she would do with our problematic kitchen layout. After a few days we went back and were blown away by her ideas. We made some minor refinements - much came from her great ideas (i.e. wine rack above the fridge may spoil wine). Every crew member who worked in our home was professional, kind and most of all - happy to work for Kitchen and Bath. When you have happy employees, you have productive, respectful employees which shows in the craftsmanship that was delivered. Constant communication throughout and even when we threw some last minute requests at the team, they handled them seamlessly. The kitchen feels massive due to Krystal's expertise and all the finishes are beautiful. We spend most of our time now in our new kitchen and cannot recommend Krystal and her crew enough. You will be in excellent hands if you trust your home renovation project to her.

After our first meeting with Narges we knew we were giving the job to Kitchen and Bath. Her gracious customer service, along with level of detail and accountability gave us the confidence we were looking for. Their contractor Mike did an excellent job and we are very happy with the renovated bathroom.

K&B did a entire house renovation during this year (new Kitchen, 2 bathrooms, powder room , new basement, stairs etc.)
The first day I met our designer Tiana, I knew I will get great results with K&B for our huge project. Tiana has great vision, excellent personality and very professional attitude throughout the renovation process. She helped to select all of our finish from countertop to flooring, lighting, railing, door style. She made herself available every time we needed her and helped to solve all issues we met. She concerned not with just selling a product but providing us with exactly what we would be happiest with. Without her, I would be lost in the world of possibilities. To be honest, I could not thank her enough. Now with everything being done, finally we have the house we dreamed of. Thank you K&B for all your services. Thanks Amir for your final coordination and efforts in my project.

Generally speaking they did a good job.
Krystal was very helpful, indeed.
The project management should do a better coordination in the future (we had to stay home the whole day and the contractor did not show up, a few times, not only once).
Workmanship is OK (excellent job Vladimir, the cabinets installer!!!).
Definitely, I would recommend these guys, but you have to be very firm and keep an eye on project management team, for more coordination.

K&B did a full house renovation during this summer (new kitchen, 2 bathrooms, powder room, new hardwood, stairs etc). The designer we worked with (Sofien) did a wonderful job and was extremely professional and easy to work with. He made himself available every time we needed him and he had the answer to all questions and concerns. The reno team (Marc was the project leader) was knowledgeable and the quality of workmanship very good. Of course there were challenges on the way, but that is expected with any project of this magnitude and they were all addressed properly. At the end, we finally have the house we dreamed of. If I was to do it again, I would choose K&B without any hesitation.

Overall good experience. A few things were overlooked but were fixed when brought to the contractors attention. Project manager was receptive to feedback. Process could be improved for completing work before inquiring about final payment.

Leigh, put together a great design plan for my old tired worn out kitchen. I am very pleased with the end result. Leigh was there to guide and help me from the beginning of the renovation until the end. All of the tradespeople were professional and took pride in what they did. Many thanks for a job well done.

Replace and redesign existing En Suite Bathroom... Renovation handled to complete satisfaction.
