He did an innovative design, and remake that significantly affected the look of the whole intersection. He was always available when We needed him, he was very supportive during the whole proceess, from demolition to completion, which was an extraordinary and complicated project, because of the bylaws and the fact that we have to keep part of the wall of the original old building, which added a lot of complexity to the project, which he solved on a daily basis, including a very hard and uphill discussion/ disagreements with the city.
He was very honest and hard working, and on top of that there were no hidden fees, his compensation fees were very reasonable.
I will definitely use his services again for my next project, and highly recommend him.
