Ez Fix Appliance Repair

Amazing service! I called for the fridge repair on Sat night and Eugene showed up next day morning as he promised, not only on time, But even an hour earlier! He really know how panic people are when their fridge broken. He checked the fridge carefully and explain to me in details why it is not working. He quickly serach the parts on web and give me details for the cost of fixing it next day. He came back 2 days after the ordered parts and fixed my refridge, within a week!! The cost is totally reasonable. It' s unfortune that my refridge broken and it cost me to fix it. But it's lucky at the same time that i can find this reliable company/Eugene to fix my refridge effectively and efficiently. Will definitely look for this company to repair my appliances if needed again!

Eugene was very responsive and flexible in booking my appointment and get the parts for my repair. When it came to the repair he was on time, professional, and fixed my issue (repairing bellow). Eugene and his co-worker did a fantastic job repairing my fridge and dishwasher. I thought the latch on my dishwasher was broken but within a minute of inspecting it Eugene said the latch wasn't broken it simply needed to have a couple of screws installed and then it worked perfectly. He ran a cycle to ensure there were no leaks (he did not charge me for this). My fridge needed a bit more attention but it was fixed in less than a hour. Eugene and co-worker were very knowledge, professional and respectful. I would highly recommend Eugene and would only call him if I have any issues in the future. Call Eugene you will not be disappointed.

I had a broken washer lid switch so put in a request for replacement. Eugene replied to my request almost right away and even offered to come fix it that day (I was unavailable so had to schedule for the next day). Eugene and his coworker arrived on time and fixed the lid switch quickly. They even took off their shoes at the front door, which I appreciated! I would absolutely use EZFix again.

Yugene was fast, diligent and was able to address the LG washer seal with the tools available. I delivered the part. LG has proprietary tools and EZ was able to fix it. Follow up call was received to ensure operability. Highly recommend again.

Fixed fridge in less than an hour, starter motor for the condenser had failed. Eugene replaced it and tested it before leaving, very friendly and personable tech. $300 for parts and labour, cheaper than buying a new fridge.
