I called for contractors, three came to quotes, but Octavio was the only one that showed up when promised and followed up as promised. So I knew his work would be reliable also. He was fair, fast, affordable, efficient, and did real quality work. I've needed a door capped for the longest time and other contractors told me it was impossible. Octavio did an exceptional job going above and beyond to select better materials for a better outcome. We had squirrels that caused some damage on our roof, and he fixed it for no additional charge or hassle capping the areas that they were getting into. I literally can't say enough good things about him his team or his work. 10 out of 10 I would hire him again and refer him to anyone looking for metal work.

Octavio and his crew were great to deal with and their work looks great as well. They worked around bad weather and the requests of difficult tenants. Octavio was great at communicating through out the whole job. He was great at explaining the ins and outs of the work and was he team was fabulous to work with. They completed our three story house in a week during the coldest days of the winter. Our house looks fabulous and I would recommend All Pro Metals to anyone.

I initially contacted All Pro Metals to repair the damage to my aluminium siding caused by my HVAC team. The job was considered "too small" by a number of roofing and siding companies but Octavio took the time to come to the site and inspect the damage. He gave me a great analysis of the problem and provided the most creative, cost-effective solution I had heard from any of the prospective vendors I interviewed.

I then asked Octavio to look at the roof of my house because I felt too much water was dripping from the sides. Turns out the original roofers didn't flash the sides of my flat roof and rainwater wasn't being properly diverted to the front and rear eavestroughs. Once again Octavio came up with a cost effective and aesthetically pleasing solution to fix the problem.

As a result of these jobs I've asked Octavio to inspect other parts of the roof and siding to find deficiencies I had always suspected were present but wasn't sure how to prove (I am by no means handy). He could have easily taken advantage of my naivete but once again he has come up a reasonable, cost effective game plan to address the deficiencies.

Finally I wanted to stress the professionalism and great communication skills of the team. Octavio gives thorough explanations of both root causes and possible solutions. Plus he responds to text messages and provides updates in a timely fashion. I will definitely be calling them again for future projects.

We are truly happy with the work of All Pro Metals. We needed our vinyl siding repaired because every time it rained hard or snowed, the water would seep in through the California blinds in our second and third floor. What's worse is that the water and humidity had started to create big cracks in our walls.

We thought we had fixed the situation the past summer when we had another contractor come to fix it. Back then, we were told it'd take just a patch and everything would be fine. Unfortunately it wasn't. To our horror, we started to see the leaks again a couple of months after the patch was done.

So we started looking for a contractor to redo out vinyl siding for over 5 months. We were truly not looking forward to dealing with another contractor, but unfortunately had not other choice. We got quotes from many contractors and had some major contractor stores refusing to even give us a quote because they couldn't guarantee the job.

So when Octavio from All Pro Metals recommended a full removal of the existing siding and included a guarantee, we knew that they meant business. We were not disappointed.

Their attention to detail was outstanding. They removed the old vinyl siding and the caulking (we had other contractors tell us it wasn't possible or necessary).Then they cleaned up everything, including brick areas, and proceeded to waterproof, insulate and reinstall the new vinyl siding. Octavio and his crew also protected our Japanese Maple tree (it's in the front of the house), and air conditioning unit while doing this job. They cleaned up each day and put everything back exactly to the way it was when they finished.

Octavio's customer was outstanding. He took the time to explain every step to me, and then later on a different date to my wife, about what was the possible cause for the leaks and how he would be doing the work. He suggested that we use the latest self-adhesive membrane to waterproof the area. Since I had been reading about it in some contractor forums I went to for advice, I was happy to see that he was suggesting the same. He send us the spec sheets and links to the description to reassure us of his recommendation. The most impressive was that during the work itself, Octavio sent pictures for each stage of the job, just as he had promised in the quoting process.

All Pro Metals prices were also impressive. We got several quotes and theirs was the best one, even considering all the effort they put in! We are genuinely happy and satisfied with the work Octavio and his crew did. After so many unsavory experiences with many contractors over the years, having such a smooth and pleasant experience is truly one we really appreciate. We highly recommend them.

All Pro Metals provided a detailed and competitive quote. They scheduled the work in advance and started on the agreed date. They took pictures of each stage of the work so that they could explain to me what they had done. The quality of their workmanship was excellent.
