We hired Mitch to do our bathroom and had a wall that had warped wood underneath which effected the tiling. He was able to foresee the problems that we would encounter. He followed through taking care of any issues that arouse.

We hired Mitch and his team for a kitchen reno. From the beginning we felt comfortable with Mitch. We were beyond happy with Mitch's ability to see our vision from beginning to end, and co-ordinate with his team to ensure everything was done to a high standard of excellence. He really understood what we were looking for, and was able to foresee issues before they happened, and advised us on how to work around them. The end product was everything we hoped for and more!

I hired Mitch and his company, VIZCON, for a large-scale remodel of the ground and top floor of my 1200 square foot, 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathroom house that was originally built in 1975. The renovation price was in the order of $120K and included new bathrooms, kitchen, floors, stairs and removal of a wall for open concept. Mitch provided clear details of the work to be undertaken and a time line for completion. During the course of the work, he provided much appreciated advice on where to enhance improvements for best value and also on where to economize. Communications and price adjustments for deletions and negotiations for extras were invariably polite and professional. His crews showed up when they were supposed to, were polite and expert and I was pleased with the progress. The work was completed better than my expectations and on schedule. Communications with Mitch were frequent and easy. I was kept well-informed of progress on a regular basis. Results were exceptional. I was originally worried about tackling this project with all the contractor problems shown on tv shows, but Mitch gained and kept my confidence and I would have no hesitation in recommending Mitch and VIZCON for similar work or in hiring him for another project.

Mitch and his carpenter were very professional, respectful, and competent. I was happily surprised at the speed with which the project was completed. I certainly cant wait for my next project as I am most relieved I have found a trustworthy company to deal with. .....

Mitch, the owner of Vizcon, came to our home quoted us a price and a time frame. The price was for labor only but recommend where to purchase for the best price and quality. What I was impressed with is the fact the every morning the crew was on time and worked an 8 hour day, which is probably the reason that the time frame of 3 weeks was exactly what Mitch had promised.
I was so impressed by the quality of workmanship by his team that ended up getting more done to my home.
I would highly recommend Vizcon for an renovation big or small that you require.
