DRY WAS NOT WORKING AND OVERHEATING. MAYDONE (BAUER) SET UP SAME DAY APPOINTMENT AND DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM, COMMUNICATEED TO ME WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE AND CLEANED OUT THE LINT THAT HAD BUILT UP INSIDE THE MACHINE. I ALSO HAD TO SECURE THE SERVICES OF A DUCT CLEANER AS LINT HAS ALSO BUILT UP INSIDE THE DUCT. APPRECIATED THE PROMPT SCHEDULING AND COMMUNICATION FROM TECHNICIAN.

We needed to replace the fan in our rang hood. Maydon responded to our request promptly. They answered all of our questions w/no pressure to book a service call/repairs. The coordinator was very friendly and professional throughout the whole process. The technician (Arkady) was very much the same and was clean and worked efficiently. Highly recommended

I had a major dishwasher leak and maydone was able to come do a same day quote and analysis of the problem. The technician elchin was very professional and showed up on time and was able to diagnose and fix the problem. I would recommend this company in the future and would use them again for myself !

I have a number of issues with my Dacor double wall ovens. Alex and Adel came to diagnose and were professional and knowledgable. When they left, I had a problem closing the top oven door. They came back same day, no problem. I have used many repair companies in the past and would not hesitate to use Maydone again for any appliance issues.

The dryer stopped working. Company responded quickly (during the Chrstmas season) and arrived when promised. Elchin, the technician, was friendly, on time and diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. Thank you.

Adel scheduled the appointment quickly and diagnosed the problem swiftly. He worked hard to source the part needed and perform the repair prior to Christmas break. The machine is working and we are very happy with the work!

My washer broke down and Maydone was very efficient and professional in assisting me. They came for a consult and recommended that it would be cheaper to replace my machine than repair it. A few days later, after I purchased my machine online, I once again contacted Maydone and once again they sent someone the same day. Elchin the technician was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. He took time to explain and give me tips on how to avoid washer issues in the future. Elchin made two visits to our house to fix a dishwasher situation. The first visit he took his time and carefully evaluated several possible issues before concluding that there were two possible causes for our dishwasher not working correctly.

He came back for the next visit with both parts and installed what he considered to be the most likely cause first. He was correct. The issue was fixed on the first attempt.

I could not be more satisfied with Elchin’s work. I would hire him again any time.

Elchin did an EXCELLENT job when he came to the house to fix the refrigerator He was professional and efficient as well as fully explained the problem in an understandable way
