I called Madone because they had repaired my Dacor oven previously and was told that Miele only certifies certain companies to repair their appliances. I was thrilled that someone came the next day. He was very professional and explained everything. The charge thankfully was only labour. I will always call Madone for all my appliance needs. Thank you.
