Earlier this month, we had Caspian Development Group replace the wooden stairs and landing leading from the back door of our house into our yard. At all times, the communication was very good. Tyler was our primary contact and was very responsive to all our questions. The construction process went very smoothly. The crew (three of them) showed up when they said they would, and were very respectful towards our property - clearing up before they left for the day. We were very happy with the end result - the quality and workmanship was excellent. We’d definitely use Caspian Development Group again, and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Dealt with a few contractors recently for other projects. These guys did a great job and they stand out for their reliability and communication. Their price was also good. From a technical construction standpoint they were able to deal with a few tricky issues. Answered all of my questions, checked in with me, provided timely responses. The whole team was professional, polite and helpful. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Our elevated deck was in need of major repair. I hired Caspian Development Group for the job. They replaced the wooden deck boards with composite boards, replaced the stairs and railings. They also added additional posts to further stabilize and support the deck.

I hired Caspian to complete a deck “refresh”, demo and rebuild a backyard fence, and replace backyard grass with artificial grass. The scope of the project expanded when it was determined the full deck needed to be demolished and replaced. As work progressed, I added a few smaller upgrades and Payem made a few very helpful, practical and functional suggestions that improved overall results. All work was carried out professionally by a skilled, competent and hard-working crew. All my requests were met with courtesy and helpful solutions. I received great value for money and will be hiring Caspian for some interior work in the months ahead. I would not hesitate to recommend Caspian Development to others.

Payam and Tyler and their crew built a fence for me. They were really amazing - they responded very quickly to my request and continued to be incredibly professional, polite, honest and respectful. In fact even my neighbour commented on how respectful they were. The fence is exactly what I needed and was completed in one day. I would definitely use this company again and recommend to others.

From the first time I met Payam, I had a good feeling with how professional he was, and he certainly lived up to his word. The new fence was installed in one day, and after I noticed cracks in many panels because of the day being the hottest on record for July, I contacted Payam and he arranged to come back and fix anything I asked for.

There was no hesitation on his part to come and replace the wood, and he and Tyler even replaced boards that I didn't even ask for, but they wanted the fence looking better than before.

Payam, Tyler, and their team worked through an incredibly hot day, turning to rain, but endured through the heat and rain without a complaint. The fence looks amazing and even after the repairs were done, Payam called to let me know that if there was anything else I needed fixed, just call him.

The railings and posts on our deck had deteriorated badly and were in need of an update. When I posted my RFP, Caspian Development Group was onsite quickly to assess the condition of the deck components and provide an estimate. The work was completed on time and on budget. The team from Caspian Development Group was attentive, helpful, enthusiastic and open to our suggestions. It was a good collaborative effort and we are very pleased with the final result.

We replaced our pretreated deck with composite, replaced our aluminum siding with new wood siding and had our old fence removed and replaced by Caspian Developments.
