Terrible Customer Service and Quality of Work
We hired Bik Construction to build a full bathroom in our basement.
A couple of months after the job was done we noticed the tile flooring for the shower was growing fungus and the grout was breaking apart. We called Mr Sidhu to come and fix it. He said it needed to be replaced which he did on his expense which we appreciated. However, he did an even worse job second time round and the tiles were even worse than the first time. When we tried to call him to come and fix it again that's when he started ignoring our texts, emails and phone calls. He even blocked our phone numbers. At one point when we eventually got a hold of him, he said he'll send us $400 as he can't fix it any more. But he never did.
During that time we had to find another contractor that did the job perfectly but set us back $400 for his costs and the tile costs. To date - Sep 9 - Mr Sidhu has not paid us back for the extra costs that we had to bear due to his awful job and terrible customer service. Do NOT hire this guy, otherwise you will get the same crappy treatment and service. We have been trying to contact him for 3 weeks now and he continues to ignore us. We have already reported him and his company to the Better Business Bureau and we'll be posting this review all over the Internet.
