M satisfied with their work, they were almost on time, and they spent time to do the job nice. Only thing is they are costly than others but work quality is good.

Rowan did an excellent job by himself. He arrived on time and explained the whole process including the portable vacuum he brought. The only thing I noticed was he was only covering the vent/register he was blowing with compressed air; the other vents were left open. This is not what other duct cleaners do. I called his attention to this and he said there's no need for it. Altogether, he spent more than two hours in cleaning my ducts, both the supply and return ducts. Would hire Duct Cleaning Masters again.

Very Friendly, explained the whole process and demonstrated how to maintain clean filters. No mess left to clean up and once the job was finished you could smell a refreshing lemon sent.

I made an appointment with Rohan about over 1 week ago to have my ducts and laundry dryer vent cleaned. During our conversation, I felt comfortable to arrange my duct cleaning because he did not apply any pressure, and I knew that I had made a good decision. He called before coming to my house and arrived within the arranged time.

When he arrived, he was courteous, businesslike and professional.
He explained the procedure and took the time to do a good job. The job was done thoroughly and was not rushed. After the job was completed, he showed me before and after pictures of the cleaned ducts and the laundry dryer vent. Rohan also took the time to change my evaporator pad in the humidifier.

I will definitely use Rohan again for future duct cleaning service and would highly recommend him.

We just purchased a home, and needed to have ducts cleaned out badly. Duct Cleaning Masters was easy to book and were very timely. They came and cleaned out the ducts, furnace, and replaced filters in my house. Great service and experience throughout. Rohan was awesome. Rohan did an excellent job. All work was explained and very tidy. I had my ducts cleaned along with sanitation. Having done a recent reno I also had my furnace and A/C coils cleaned. Rohan is very professional, knowledgeable and polite. Awesome job thank you so much. Highly recommend.

Rohan did a fine job. He explained all activities and provided tips/suggestions for better ventilation. He worked efficiently and in a timely manner and he was thorough.
