Second time using Duct Cleaning Masters and very satisfied. They explained and showed me EVERYTHING! Cleaned 17 vents/returns, cleaned blower in furnace, replaced humidifier filter and sanitized vents for $280+. Very professional, polite and provided us tips/tricks to keep everything smelling fresh. Before/after pictures provided when done. A++

While the initial service and explanation was great. The mess they made cleaning the dryer vent was ridiculous, and no clean up!? Ultimately I have to clean grass, and scrub concrete.

And just because of some mess outside your dryer pipe which can be washed away you deducted 4 stars from us. We really appreciate your feedback. But as a company we will always try our best to give best services possible to every customer. Hope to provide you better service in future.
But it seems like you can only point out on bad things rather than 95% good job we did.
