Duct Cleaning Masters was easy to work with throughout the entire process. The before and after pictures were insightful. The pictures also helped us decide to get our furnace blower fan cleaned due to a lot of drywall dust buildup after a recent renovation. The technician gave a great explanation of how the furnace/AC and ducts work together and how they performed the cleaning. As a homeowner, this was great insightful information. Very honest company as I wanted to get my dryer vent cleaned but their technician said it was actually not needed after having a look. He also explained to me the poor state my dryer vent cover was in and that we should look into replacing that. Highly recommend!

The two technicians that took care of cleaning our ducts today were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain how everything works and what their process was. They showed us before and after pictures and gave us advice on how to properly maintain our furnace. they were very pleasant and made me feel very comfortable having them in my home.
