These guys are super professional, careful of your stuff and come very prepared. I have used them twice in the last two years and will use them again if needed.
They are the least expensive of all the players in GTA but don't let that fool you. They are pros and very respectful.

Recently we had moved our house with a great help from Tetris moving company. Initially we were worried how we are gonna do it but Ilia and his co-worker did an exceptional service, very professional, reliable and friendly. They were very quick and well organized. Also they helped us disassembled the furnitures as well. After reached a new place they moved the boxes and furnitures at respective place. The prices were reasonable and worth it. It was quite stress-less moving. We highly recommend their kind friendly service to all.

Tetris really knocked it out of the park for us. The team was very professional and efficient, and we quickly found we could trust them to handle-wrap-move-disassemble-assemble all of our property skillfully and with care. We moved from a back split to a 2 bedroom + den condo but there were some issues with the elevator and new construction going on. The Tetris team easily maneuvered and navigated tight hallways, unfinished elevators and a lower than standard loading dock which added extra distance for them to carry everything. The owners and staff were extremely polite, proficient and accurate on their estimate. Our move took 4.5 hours and I don’t believe it could have been done any faster without risking damage. A friend recommended Tetris for our recent move and we could not be happier with how it all went. Dimitri and his crew were professional, hard working, and very careful with all of our furniture and art. They disassembled all of our large furniture (couch, queen bed) and put it back together at the new home perfectly. They wrapped all of our furniture so it wouldn't be scratched or damaged during the move. Everything arrived at the new home in perfect condition. This is our first time hiring movers and it was worth every penny!

Tetris reached out to me and tried to make things right. They partially compensated me for the bad experience. Fortunately the company has a good customer service that is understanding and listens to the customer when things don't go well.

I am extremely unhappy with the service this company provided.
I contacted Tetris and asked for a quote a month before my move and after seeing their rates I decided to book them. I told them I only have two pieces of furniture (a desk and a treadmill) and I also told them the number of boxes I had. The distance between the two places is around 20 minutes so I was hoping to get everything done in maximum of three hours. Considering everything that needed moving in my one bedroom apartment, I booked the first elevator from 9 am to 12 pm and the destination elevator from 10 am to 12 pm.

1) I was told by Tetris to change the elevator booking time of the second place to 12:30 pm because loading everything might take longer. I trusted their experience and changed the booking. They got here at 9:30 am and were done before 10:30 am which was in line with my original estimate. I had to send them away because the destination wouldn't have let me use the elevators outside the booking window. Basically I had to pay them for extra hours and I can't help but think they just wanted to charge me more money and despite getting in-detailed description of the amount of work, they still asked me to change the elevator booking time slot.
Unrelated: My condominium security messed up the elevator booking time so another one and a half hour was added to their wait time which was not the company's fault.

2) I have a treadmill to move and they were aware of it. They did not take any safety measures to move this treadmill and didn't ask me about safety instructions either. One of the movers' hand got stuck in the hydraulic folding system and the other one moved the lock so aggressively that it broke. They were not talking in English so I didn't know what was happening, but I released the lock as soon as I realized he is stuck, too late as they had already broken the lock and had their gloves torn and stuck in my treadmill. This traumatized me to the point that I was shaking for hours as I was worried about the safety of the mover. They told me he was fine but didn't offer any financial cover for the damage.

In conclusion, based on my calculations the movers only worked for roughly 2.5 hours including the drive between the two places, but I ended up paying $768 and was left with a broken treadmill. This was not the first time I moved but definitely the most stressful one.

Tetris has been great all the way from setting a date to the day of moving. They were quick to get back to me about estimates and booking. Then on the day of the move, they were right on time and got to work efficiently like true pros, from lifting heavy boxes and bulky furniture to disassembling/reassembling. "Tetris" is a truly fitting name -- they made larger furniture fit through doorways without scratching the newly painted walls!
Hopefully we don't move again for a while, but when we do, we would not hesitate to go with Tetris again.

The guys showed up on time, were pros and also did a great job. I had a small amount to move but two large items from my North York condo to storage in Coldwater (1hr15m drive), they managed it perfectly. Very pleased, best move experience to date and great price also.

From the first email interaction to the last box out of the moving truck, the Tetris guys were simply amazing! They are exceptionally organized, hard working, pleasant, careful, efficient and professional.
We did the full package, which included the pre-packing day, which I highly recommend. It ensures that moving day is that much more efficient and seamless. They wrapped all of our furniture with thick blankets, placed all of the boxes and items into their respective rooms and even helped to reassemble furniture. Throughout the entire day, the guys were pleasant, positive, polite and professional. I hope we never move again but if we do, we’ll definitely be repeat clients! Huge value for cost - you get what you pay for and these guys are worth it!

The guys were very professional, on time and hard working. They took very good care of everything and even brought their own boxes. I’d recommend them highly. Very honest and trustworthy. Excellent customer service.

The two movers were fantastic. They encountered a bit of traffic on the way to my condo and let me know they would be late, which was courteous. They were professional and wrapped all of the big items carefully with blankets. The paperwork was very straightforward as well, without any surprises at the end.
