Bryce and his team were amazing from start to finish on this project. Bryce's quote was extremely detailed. Bryce was very informing throughout every step of this renovation. His assistant was amazing, as well were each member of his team that did work on the home. Bryce provided me with a end result that surpassed my expectations. I would recommend Bryce and his team to everyone. My project was completed earlier than estimated and within the budget. The attention to detail that I received on this project was second to none. The best choice we ever made was choosing Vail and Company construction. Not only were they affordable, but their craftsmanship and professionalism was perfect from beginning to end. We never thought we would have the dream kitchen, but I most certainly do now! Bryce knew exactly what we wanted and showed us the possibility and worked within our budget.

With this being our first major renovation, there is absolutely no stress. They were always there to answer our questions, and kept us informed on every step of the project. I recently had Vail & Co renovate my kitchen and main floor. Bryce was great to work with. He’s honest, reliable and very quick to respond to emails and texts.
He and his team were very committed to our project. I changed my mind several times on design and it was not a issue for them as they wanted to ensure I was completely satisfied.
The team showed up every day, they were polite and professional and their work was high quality with particular attention to detail.

The team was very professional, approachable, and knowledgeable with affordable services. We had our upstairs main bathroom (floor, toilet, and shower walls) and our ensuite redone completely to be a more functional space. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy with how everything was done and even fixed up minor details that only we would ever notice.

Everyone makes mistakes, it's how you recover that separates true professionals. There was a minor error that caused some post to be improperly drilled for the fence. Bryce and team took full ownership of the error, they were very apologetic and started from scratch. We had a tight deadline because we were hosting an event on the weekend, so Bryce and his team sent many resources to expedite the fence build. Blake was the prime resource that managed the resources and got his hands dirty building the majority of the fence. So many people will pick the lowest bid, but sometimes you have to pay a slight premium to get true craftsmanship. I will recommend and will use Bryce again for our next project.
