I had my bathroom renovated by Vail & Co. The process was very smooth. They finished it in the time that they had estimated. I am very happy with the outcome. All the staff were very personable and professional. I will be looking to then to renovate my kitchen soon! I know they are booked up and have a bit of a wait time to start projects however I would wait for them untill kingdom come. It was overall an amazing experience.

We had to remove a deck and replace a fence that wasnt built to code by the previous owners of our new home.
Bill spent time with us figuring out the best options knowing that we have future projects that would be affected by this one.
He provided a detailed quote, showed up on time, and stayed within his quoted price.
He delivered a great outcome, and was open to working with our neighbours to ensure they wouldnt be negatively impacted during the project.

I hired Vail & Co to remove a bathtub and install a new shower in my home. They did an amazing job. Every step of the process was easy and very straightforward. Bryce provided me with a very detailed quote, which I did not get from other contractors. The process was smooth and efficient. I was concerned about policies and procedures in regards to Covid 19 protocols, however Rebecca infomed me they were following the guidelines and they had policies in place to ensure safety during these times. I hired Vail & Co to do my bathroom renovation. I am so happy with my new bathroom. I had a very bland and basic builder grade bathroom, and now I have a luxurious spa like space. Bryce was very smart and knew everything about the process. I could tell he had done this many times before when he was at my home giving me a quote. I did get other quotes, and while his was not the cheapest, he was the most confident. I could trust what he was telling me to be the truth. The process was amazing! Rebecca kept me in the loop through the entire process. Bryce and Rebecca are an amazing team! Their ability to communicate to everyone involved made this process smooth! thank you very much for my renovation. I was so happy to hire Vail & Co construction for this project. I was having a hard time finding a contractor that would take on my project out of the durham region. Bryce came out was very professional and he was also very knowledgeable. He provided me with a quote and I did receive others, but ultimately I decided to go with Vail & co for my bathroom renovation. I was not disappointed. The whole process of getting signed up was a breeze. Rebecca walked me through the process, got me me all signed up and handled the project from there. The staff was amazing, Tyler, Brendan and Alaina, were very polite and on time considering the far drive out of the city. I would hire Vail & Co again undoubtedly.

Back in 2019 I contracted with Bryce to do a large renovation in my home. I was waiting to get a start date and then Covid hit and things were shut down. I had to put the project on hold when things started back up again as there were things going on in my life that I had no control over. As it turned out, I could not move forward with the project and let Bryce and Rebecca know. We were able to come to an agreement that Vail would paint my home, using the deposit. I was so grateful we could work this out and Julian did an awesome paint job and Rebecca kept me informed as to timing etc. I am so happy with the results and grateful that everything could be worked out to everyone’s satisfaction. My home now looks beautiful. I would highly recommend Vail to anyone who is looking to do a home renovation.

Bryce and his team were very courteous and professional. From start to finish with Bryce’s design on the basement and working with my ideas he was very patient to say the least. He is very knowledgeable, respectful and very detailed with his quotes. A special shout out to Rebecca you are a amazing person and helped me out tremendously with answering all my questions and concerns and your painting skills are incredible. I was reluctant to hire a contractor as I typically do all my own renovations, however the scope of this reno would have taken me a year to complete. Removing ceilings, knocking down walls, adding a shower, new flooring throughout, new kitchen etc.

After meeting with Bryce and discussing the project details he was confident he could pull it all off on our tight schedule. We were not disappointed! As expected, supply chain problems slowed a few items down, but they were very professional in dealing with these hiccups. If a renovation can move this smoothly through a pandemic just imagine when things are back to normal! Great work Vail & Co.
