Vail & Co Construction And Fine Renovations

Vail and Co was overall not a great experience. They ended up building our shower curb much higher than we had wanted. They broke a fixture that resulted in a leak and then denied it, they also refused to fix it. I had to buy a new part, fix the drywall and repair a water damaged ceiling below the shower.

During the renovation they did not seal any shower fixtures which resulted in a massive leak form the second story all the way down to the basement. Their project coordinator/painter, Rebecca, blamed the complexity of the shower (hand held, rain shower and four body sprayers) when I called to complain, however they did not raise any concerns prior to accepting the contract. Bryce doesn't actually do any of the work himself, instead he sends what seems like junior workers to do everything and simply walks in unannounced towards the end. This approach resulted in the wrong temperature recessed light being installed and the shower head being installed too low (since they raised the overall height of the shower floor).

I would not recommend Vail and Co to anyone.

The best company by far, I had to get a bathroom demoed so Ican surprise my wife and when I called Val &coa they did an awsome job from the phone call to the clean up at the end wow Bryce and his team really rock.

I will deffinately use them again.

I could use this space to talk about their great work but the pictures speak for themselves. What impressed us the most is how they handled a hiccup that occurred through no fault of their own...and hiccups will occur...let's be realistic...the hiccups were dealt with quickly, professionally with little to no stress to us the clients. While they are working in your home they treat and respect it as their own. I absolutely trusted the crew in my home alone with our valuables at all times. They take time at the end of the day to completely clean up and vacuum all areas they were working in and do their best to keep their tools and supplies from taking over your home during the renovation. Tyler, Chris & Rebecca were always available to answer any questions during the renovation. The demo was impressively done with speed and care not to cause any unnecessary damage to the rest of our home....the cleanest demo I've ever seen. Tyler is a perfectionist and takes a lot of pride in his work and it shows...We felt completely at ease with Tyler's knowledge of multiple trades and were very impressed watching him teach and supervise Chris his Junior Apprentice. Rebecca will not be satisfied with her sanding and painting until your walls are smooth to the touch..not a dimple to be found. Bryce and Rebecca thank you very much for showing to us thru your actions first hand that you always have your client's back. Their is unfortunately alot of shady people in this industry claiming to be contractor's ready to rip you off and no one is more skeptical then us as we were $20,000 victims of shady contractors' in the past on another project. We would recommend Vail & Co. to everyone...you can trust them to do top quality work in a timely manner...when it's your turn you get 100% of their time. Our bathrooms are now timeless beauties...this crew will always be welcome in our home as extended members of our family...Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Bryce, Rebecca, Adriana, Chris and most especially Tyler for your incredible skills and thank you Vail & Co. for putting quality, pride and honesty back into the trades.

After having renovations completed by the Vail & Co team in the past, it was an easy decision to use their services again. I contacted Rebecca about renovating my laundry room and bathroom. Vail & CO completed a renovation at my home over 3 years ago. Recently, there was a leak from the tub. I reached out to the team to have them come and take a look at what the problem was. They came out and assessed where the leak was coming from . It was determined that the leak was not at the fault of Vail & Co however they still came out and repaired the issue free of charge. Not only did they repair the issue they also repaired the drywall, did all the mud work and the painting process that the leak had caused free of charge. This was a multi step process where it took approximately 5 visits from members of the team to remedy. Even though they weren't responsible or had to fix it they still did and for that I give them 10 stars.
Bryce and Rebecca and team are fantastic to deal with. Will will use them again in the future for sure. Hopefully the kitchen will be next for us.

The crew from vail and co was amazing always showed up and time and had an answer for all my questions. The job was completed to perfection and in a timely manner. Rebecca was very helpful and organized as was bryce, this made for a smooth project. Great company would definitely recommend

The team went above and beyond and I couldnt be happier. The professionalism from the first appointment to the final walk around was amazing. They made sure to keep open lines of communication and make sure they had mine and the projects best interests In heart. Will definitely be using them again for future projects.

Vail and Co did a fantastic job on our main floor and basement renovation project. As with all large projects things inevitably came up, but Rebecca was fantastic and made herself available to me on evenings and weekends to discuss any concerns.

I cannot recommend this company enough. Rebecca and her crew worked around our tight schedule, even offering to come in on weekends and evenings.
