Jay was fair, and courteous upon arrival for a free estimate. He immediately set himself apart with a no-pressure, respectful approach, actually taking the initiative to caulk some troubled areas on my roof, free of charge. His quote was nearly the most inexpensive, but there was value to his quote in the accountability he showed throughout the process, and the quality of product he utilized and stands behind. During install, his team was respectful, kind, and hard working. They did a massive job in a span of two days, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The upgraded Manoir shingles were better then we could’ve imagined, and we look forward to having Jay and his A-team back for other services, as well as pass the word along to others.
