Got Dust Duct Cleaning

Shane did a great job cleaning out our ducts and vents. He was very responsive, punctual and clear about everything throughout the process. He took the time to go through the house with me and explain everything he was going to do. He even showed me all the trouble spots and advised on possible solutions. The last thing he said before leaving was "text if you have any other questions" and I think that says it all! I would highly recommend Got Dust Duct Cleaning to anybody looking for great service.

The vent cover outside that connected to my duct was destroyed and birds had nested deep inside the duct. One of the birds had died so there was a horrible decomposing smell as well. Shane discussed it thoroughly with me on the phone and when he arrived, he explained everything he needed to do and was doing. He cleaned out the nest thoroughly and made sure the smell was gone before wrapping up. He cleaned up the area and put up a temporary cover (a separate task that needs to be done later) to block the birds until a proper cover was fitted on.
Shane was very friendly and easy to talk to, I've hired him again for my other ducts to be cleaned and would hire him again in the future. Very happy with this company's service and highly recommended.

I was very happy with the work Shane did. He was very courteous and knowledgeable, he was also caring about my pet, explaining how to help minimize the noise. He finished the job in 3 hours and left my house clean and smelling deodorized. Thank you Shane!

I was extremely impressed with Shane's professionalism and tidy service. I had three skittish pets in the house and Shane was incredibly patient, insuring that the animals weren't too "freaked out" and making sure that they didn't try to get outside. Shane cleaned my ducts & he was amazing. He explained everything before he stated. H was very reasonable & didn’t change per vent like most do. He even showed me before & after pics of the ducts he cleaned. His system was truck mounted so you will get the best cleaning with his powerful vacuum. Everything was cleaned up after too & around the base of the furnace. My house smells fresh with his all natural sanitizer. I feel confident he did the best job possible cleaning my vents. I highly recommend him.
