He also referred really good contractors which helped me in getting this job done in a nice and clean way.

I planned a total renovation down to the studs for my 100 year old home. Mohammed came and did all the plans for both floors. This included a LVL beam to be installed to get rid of a load bearing wall.

Then my plan to remove the wall changed and Mohammad made the adjustments on the plans without hesitation. He was very accommodating with the changes and listened to what I required.

I told him my future plans for my basement, and he did the below grade enterance in the itial drawings.

He had stamped his drawings and completed them in a short period.

Mohammad was very courteous, friendly and came prepared to inspect our home so he could create our load bearing wall drawings. I needed an inspection done on a load bearing wall beam from a structural engineer. After searching homestars, I reached out to Mo who was prompt and professional in response. He came in, and did a really good job in assessing the issue and drawing up plans. He was upfront with his costs, very professional and overall delivered as he promised. Sometimes looking for help in this area can be daunting because it goes beyond simple house repairs, but having an honest guy like Mo around really helps things. I contacted Mohammad through Homestars. He is very pleasant person to deal with. He inspected my basement at the time we agreed upon. He took measurements and listened to what I wanted. He gave me good advice. He drew up basement plans and made changes according to what I wanted. He submitted them to the City in a timely manner and I received my permits. My experience with Mohammad has been wonderful. After doing our research on 5 or so firms offering similar services we decided to go with Mohammad’s company for load bear wall removal plans. He services were reasonably priced, he was punctual and delivered two sets of drawings in the timeline we agreed on. After receiving quotes for the demolition from contractors, I decided to keep a portion of the wall to simplify the project. He amended the drawings with no issues and was always there to answer multiple sets of my questions throughout the process. I later submitted the drawings to the City of Mississauga and was expecting a lot of questions but they approved the plans without any follow-ups. I would gladly reach out to Mohammad for another project, recommend to a family or friend without any hesitation.

Mohammad did an amazing job. He completed the necessary floor plans for my house which included removal of multiple walls, relocating the kitchen, and adding a shower into a 2-piece bath. Mohammad was very responsive with editing the drawings as per the city's comments through the permit application process. He also communicated well with the contractor when we found some potential issues when digging the basement concrete for a new footing. I am very happy the service as he worked extremely fast especially when modifications or recommendations were required during the renovation process.
