Around a year ago, I underwent a renovation project for my basement. Unfortunately, the contractor who was responsible for installing my flooring unintentionally obstructed my main drain with concrete. Although the same contractor removed the concrete, my drain continued to frequently back up. Despite hiring several plumbers to resolve the issue, none of them were successful. It wasn't until I discovered Dennis through HomeStars that my problem was finally fixed. Dennis was able to quickly identify the root cause of the issue during his first visit and resolve it within a few hours. We had a backflow problem manifesting in an floor drain overflow in basement.
That was on a Friday and we phoned Denys and he arrived for to inspect the situation on Saturday morning. Old outside trap was to be replaced by cleanout and the roots that were blocking the drain were tobe snaked.
MONDAY MORNING the repair was started and finished Monday afternoon.
