I had gotten a few quotes and this one by far was the most reasonable. They were honest about when they could do the job and we’re able to do it a little sooner. The crew were polite and tidied up afterwards. Windows look great.

We chose Nordik windows for the large panes and small frames profile - we wanted to maximize the window panes. The insulation properties also sold us. The windows were ordered and installed in a timely fashion, according to plan. The Installation Team: VINCE, JEN, and CHRIS were friendly, (with us and our dog), courteous, and took great care to get the job done properly and professionally. They also did a great job cleaning up the mess, even working outdoors in the rain to tidy up. The windows are beautiful, open and close easily and provide noticeable insulation against outdoor noise.

Quite a few hiccups along the way but in the end they seem to be a little more willing to work with the consumer to reduce frustrations. Hopefully this is just a one off type case.

James the installer did a fantastic job with no hassle. Was professional and knew exactly how to install the door. If this company continues to employ servicemen like James I would give them 5 stars.

Daniel, the master craftsman at Nordik was sent out to remediate some deficiencies from the previous company’s installation. All I can say is it is like an entirely new project; fit and finish is par excellence, and frankly beyond our expectations. To top it off when Daniel left at the end of the day the job site was perfect inside and outside. Great work!

Nordik windows installed three windows and 2 months later I notice caulking was missing. Obviously after they installed they do not do any inspection. Had a lot of rain in those 2 months. My interior walls could be damage by this. If I do not happen to look and notice worst things could happen. I called them and took them days to apply caulking and even questioned me whether I am seeing it properly. Days later another issue surfaced adhesive markings were left on the windows and the worst part is they might not be able to remove them because they are not on the exterior faces of the double glass. They in the inside of the glass window. I have attached photos. Save yourself headaches and do not use Nordik windows.

We needed a front door, our old one was impossible to close properly, we heard from Nordik and had them provide a quote. The quote and choice of doors was so good we had our lower front door replaced too.

May 29th, 2019 I had two basement windows installed by Nordic Windows and Doors. I am very pleased with the windows and the installation. The guys installing were professional and did a great job. I will use Nordic again.

The installers were very quick and professional with my window install. They came on time, and cleaned up when they were done, including cleaning the window. I also got a demonstration on how the window operates. My favorite part of the window....no painting required except for the trim.

After an in house consultation for a bay window which is the main feature of our bungalow, when the window arrived, it was not the colour we were told we would get. We were then told there was only 1 colour they manufactured in brown. Then the angles were measured incorrectly (twice) and in trying to correct the problem, the installers had to call the company's service technician to correct the problem. My husband was assured he would be called 1 hour before coming out so he could arrange time off work to speak to the technician. However, this did not happen and my husband couldn't leave at the last minute. It's been 2 weeks and no one has called us. Two neighbours commented how awful the top part of the window looked as they nailed the old colour casing and did not provide one to match their new window. We are unhappy and this is a costly window ordered as we were assured it match our previous colour.
