We own a home in bloor west village. We decided to change all our windows and doors, which is a huge project. This project took place in July of 2022) We did our research and decided to go with Nordik.
Unfortunately this whole experience with Nordik has been a disaster. We are now in May 2023 with so much left for Nordik to do. Weve been very patient but the on going stress is something we dont want anyone else to have to endure. As a home owner Im sure others can relate we take pride in our home and thought we could rely on Nordik to replace our windows.
Instead once the deposit was given there was poor communication between sales agent and customer, late and delayed installation, poor workmanship, no protection of furniture or personal belongings from dust, damaging property, poor installation of doors and windows, still waiting for for a privacy window for bathroom, it took 3 visits to get 2 windows installed, designs on 2 front windows are still not addressed and much much more.
We did not want to have to write this review. As we understand that things happen and no one is perfect. However when Nordik starts threatening collections and leaning our home with so many outstanding issues thats when we decided to speak out.
