Nordik Windows And Doors

This is an overly stretched organization. Sales are more important than customer care. This is the first time Ive encountered a company so unwilling to acknowledge complaints. They manufacture decent products but their installers are highly variable. A few are really excellent, a few polar opposite. Ive seen the range. The first group of 5 windows went well, the second group of 6 was a disaster. Installed during a cold day in January 2022, these windows were so badly installed that every one allowed cold air to blow into the home. A service person came on subsequent days a remedied all but one. One had to be removed & reinstalled. Then the outside capping had to be removed & we discovered gaps in the foamed insulation. This was remedied but the windows still feel poorly installed.
I wrote a letter to senior management describing my frustration with good products, poorly installed, never received a response.
My advice to potential customers is only permit an installation in good weather, and oversee during installation . The good installers seem to understand.

The installation went really well. I work from home and there was very minimal disruption to my routine. The installers were professional and efficient and cleaned up everything as they went along. I would highly recommend them.

We were very happy with the installation of our windows. All 8 windows were installed on one rainy day. The first thing that the installers did was put down drop sheets all around the house. The end result is lovely. They even took care not to destroy my flowerbed.

I must say that I am very impressed with our experience thus far with Nordik. Everyone has been very personable and informative. A special mention goes directly to our Sales Consultant - Miguel. From the moment Miguel contacted us we immediately felt as though we were being well looked after. Miguel's level of professionalism and integrity is top tier. The process of contracting for a double fibreglass front door took a bit of time but only because Miguel wanted to ensure that we were happy and satisfied. When we had questions or needed guidance on certain things that Miguel was not aware of, he made sure to find the answers promptly and/or arranged for us to meet with individuals within the organization (thanks Jon, thanks Silvia) that could provide the answers we were looking for. Miguel guided us through the process and always returned our calls or texts within set timeframes and we were never left hanging.

We honestly felt as though we were treated like family; and not the second cousin once removed either! What a refreshing experience thus far. We are looking forward to the installation of our new front doors and feel confident with the Nordik team that we have interacted with. We hope to not have to require it, but the 25-year parts and labour (no fine print) warranty is also a game changer. Stay tuned for the installation process and the final product review!

Berkay came to repair some minor issues and was polite and efficient. Asked if there were any other issues he could assist with.

Dealing with Nordik windows and doors made everything so easy. From the first hello to the last good bye we were met with kindness. We felt like part of a family. I recommend them to the fullest. Get it done right and don't worry about it again.

Order took longer than advised. Poor workmanship, damaged our supplied door hardware on installation & was all subcontracted contrary to what sales person told us about company. Doors were supposed to be white but are pale blue. One door is the wrong panel style & doesn't match front door. Sales rep advised immediately on install day NOV 15 & all he did was delay after delay about a resolution that he claimed he was working on (with management) to only finally send a tech APR 3 to investigate the issues. So he actually didn't do anything as claimed & WHY SO LONG delay for tech?? Would post pictures here, but too many to upload. Will post them later. We have been advised about some minor deficiencies that will be fixed by sub, but major issue about colour must be addressed first so that proper color exterior trim is replaced. Very disappointed!!!!

Working with Nordik was a great experience. Our sales rep, Levi, was fantastic! A nice guy but also helpful as we replaced all of our windows and selected a new front door. He made us aware of rebates and made it easy to make sure that happened. He gently made suggestions that were helpful to us. We were very happy with the price and we love the windows. The installers were also great... friendly, worked very hard, and cleaned up after themselves. Levi and installers also helped with a couple last minute requests too.. they were very accommodating. All in all we are so happy with the windows, got the rebate just as Levi said, and had a really positive experience with Nordik!
