Put a deposit in early September for front and back door with a mid-December install date. We have had to reach out multiple times asking about install date- nothing has been booked yet, original estimate of delivery and install has come and gone. Sales staff used awful pressure sales tactics in spite of the fact that they advertise on their website on that they don’t. Inflated prices and then drop if you sign within 24 hours.
JUST RUN AWAY from this company. I regret doing business with them and at this point may just have to walk away from deposit. Just awful customer service and business all around. If you have missed your original timeline for install The company should reach out to you I shouldn’t have to follow up multiple times.
