Process of selecting and processing went relatively smoothly, salesperson was attentive!
Only disappointed was the supply of basement windows - we lost over 8 inches daylight. At time of purchase salesperson stated “brickmold” but then when final measures came. I never received any follow up from sales person that there was a change to original order. In addition the smaller window costs less and rightfully I should have received some credit.
Still trying to resolve ...
