Very poor customer service - I had windows installed by another company which was taken over by Nordik Windows. They removed my window screen for repair/replacement in November 2019. They have still not replaced the screen and also do not bother to call me. I have called them repeatedly over the last 11 months - absolutely no response.
I am seriously considering suing them for return of the screen they took from my home.

The screen that was coming from VynilBuilt has been confirmed as ready, and instead of having it delivered, we had a technician go and pick it up.
