Window/Door problems - 5 YEARS not complete

I purchased all new windows & doors in November 2017. The first installation was February 2018. As of today, 5 years later, I still have unfinished issues. The arched glass above my living room window has never been correct. It was supposed to finally be replaced today & I got a call it is yet again broken. This will be about the 6th broken glass. The glass that is currently in place is also cracked. Another 4-5 other times the window was the wrong size & did not fit the opening or it was poor workmanship.

My front door, after about a year, severely warped in the upper left corner. So badly you can see the light shine through from outside. This is my 3rd winter having to stuff around the door opening to keep the cold out. One tech said it was installed not level but the service manager confirmed it is warped. Still no response from this company on when I will get a replacement door.

Garage door. After about a year the molding around the door warped & turned a greenish color. Technician came to replace part of the molding & did not even make sure the screws fastened to the wood frame. All of it fell off the next day & I had to attach it myself. Careless work and dropped screws all over my driveway. Service Manager came to look at the job & even pulled a piece off himself. He assured me that this trim was in stock & he would get it replaced immediately. That was in October. Haven't heard a word from him since, which is typical of what you get from this company.

The sheer frustration, time lost to be home for endless service calls, countless conversations with service staff with no results. This is not a reputable company & they have no level of customer service & product that remotely resembles what is written on their website.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. They are far beyond unprofessional, careless & indifferent to the customer.

When you call customer service to escalate issues, they won't give you the names of managers. They actually say they don't know their names.
