Complete Gutters

This business has recently been ruined by bad ownership and management. I had my gutters replaced in May 2021. As the engagement progressed, it was shared with me that the installers no longer worked for Complete Gutters (it was insinuated that they were fired) and that the job would be subcontracted. Office staff were also subsequently let go. These actions led to a myriad of problems, including: installation crew did not show for the job date, my property was left littered with screws and nails that were not cleaned up for over a week, deficient workmanship (e.g. Leaking corners on new work), and project delays and extensions. My gutters are still not complete, and ownership has not demonstrated a professional interest in resolving the outstanding issues as evidenced by their lack of: proactive communication, a sense of urgency and integrity to their word.

I called Complete Gutters to inquire about new gutters and moving a down pipe. Sarah came out and did an inspection of the existing gutters and made some very good recommendations. I was e-mailed a detailed quote.
I am very happy with the outcome of the installation of the new gutters and repairs made to make them drain better. The 2 man team was friendly, professional, did an excellent job and took away my old gutters. I would highly recommend Complete Gutters to anyone who needs their service.

A small job which can be problematic for an owner / builder.
The installer was excellent and very skilled. I felt he went above and beyond to leave an excellent installation. As a fussy builder I am not readily pleased but in this case I sincerely was.

The gutters were replaced quickly and efficiently and all the old gutters were gone the same day. We have no leaks or issues and the new black gutters look great.
