Royal Line Windows & Doors

Seemed great at the beginning. It's almost been a year since we've replaced 7 windows in our home. They seem to be alright except for an error in install with one of them. The installer and part business owner has disappeared unable to fix the issue and the energy rebate we were promised never came. They are not registered with energy efficiency Alberta not were they ever so no one could have received a rebate from them. Extremely frustrating and disappointing. Who knows if our warranty is even valid if this company has gone under. Homestars please remove them from your list.
