Josh and his team completely took care of my family. We were in dire need of a new roof after purchasing a house without inspecting its roof and the state of it. We were on a budget since we dumped out lifes saving into this house.

He came, gave us a free estimate. Showed us where and what the major problems were. He went through everything with us from prior damages that needed restoration to the complete cost of the new roof plus repairs he would do as well to prevent any further issues, specifically the eavestrough which had incorrect drainage and flow. (Major problem of the leaks and water build up)

There were no hidden fees. There have not been any issues or problems since. Our house is complete now thanks to Josh and his team. We couldnt be happier.

Finding good contractors/ roofers is close to impossible. I am in the real estate business and have gone through over 20-30 contractors and finding a great one doesnt happen often. I'd highly recommend Josh and his team for any roofing projects. He is professional and extremely reliable. We were given a reliable and honest quote and the work was delivered in a timely manner. We'll only be using Josh and his team for any future roofing projects.

At first we were very impressed with Josh's communication and quick turnaround for the consultation and repairs. He offers the drone pictures before and after so all seemed very legit. He was also reasonable for what he claimed to have repaired.
Sadly, we were misled. The original leaks that he supposedly repaired never stopped, in fact they got worse. We tried to get a hold of him to come back to have another look, see if there was something he missed. He made quite a few suggestions/excuses and then never came. We reached out again and no response. Our neighbour also told us that she had seen him reuse our old material instead of new. We were very disappointed with the end result and felt that he took advantage of us.

Josh did our roof at an affordable price which is appreciated for people on a fixed income. He came to our home in the city of Kawartha Lakes to review our roof and sent a quote via email which was very convenient.

His crew was a group of very nice, polite, respectful and hard working guys.

After the job was done, we noted something that required fixing so Josh came back and made the adjustment himself, then he got out his leaf blower, went back on the roof and proceeded to blow out our evestrough (it is fall) and then came down and did our deck too! He then went back up and cut back some branches that were touching the roof! This was above and beyond anything expected from any company. Josh is an ethical, honorable, and respectful business person. I strongly recommend the use of his company based on our experience.

Would like to say thanks to josh and his crew doing a great job on my roof. In and out with professionalism. They were not the cheapest quote, but what they did was a good price.
Would definitely recommend them to a person that wants good quality.
