Igor was easy to communicate with and gave good advice regarding our basement windows. The price was competitive, compared to some other companies we contacted. Overall we are satisfied.

Comfortec was able to install the windows several days before initially anticipated. Igor came through from start to finish, following up and ensuring the installation of a pristine final product.

Had the original builder door which is a piece of crap lol, and so we were due for an upgrade after 20 years. Igor's team was tremendous and the final product is outstanding :)

Needed a door replaced. Igor and team responded quickly and managed to install the new door within two weeks. Much faster than many other companies said they could do it. The price was fair. Would recommend!

We have hired Comfortec Windows & Doors to replace all windows in our house. It was not an easy job, because some windows have an angle shaped transoms above, we, also, wanted to replace transom above the entrance door. Some contractors were scratching their heads, when I showed them what needs to be done. Igor came with many years of experience and expertise, we have discussed several options for replacements and time frame for installation, we signed the installation contract right the same day, we were confident that this will be the best value for the money. At the end, we were so right, the delivery was right on time, the quality of product and workmanship is second to none, overall, it was a good and efficient process from start to finish. Peter and his team of installers were incredible! Not only was their work amazing they were very friendly and polite and ensured the property was clean after the job was completed. I highly recommend Comfortec windows - first start with Igor initial visit to provide a quote for our large project, he was on time and ready to answer all our questions, he even brought samples and went over all the details , he made me very comfortable specially after I had 2 other quotes from 2 different companies. My project was large project and had non standard size windows and for me to get someone who know what he was talking about was a blessing. His presentation and price helped me to take a decision to place an order with him. The installation date was set and his team showed up on time . The installation of eight windows was done in less than a day. Removal of the old windows and installation of the new ones was done with absolutely no damage our interior finishes and the new windows look seemless.

This is the second time we have used Comfortec Windows and Doors company. Last year we replaced old doors for new ones, this time we replaced the old window in our living room. It was another great job by this company. The installers were very experienced, polite and friendly. The work was done quickly, the guys left our place clean inside and out.
